Food shop Baba Ganoush is open from 7.30am to 4pm Monday through to Saturday and we like to think its a little bit more than a sandwich shop.
We pride ourselves on our freshly made cakes, traybakes, soups, sandwiches and hot specials. There is also a really quite impressive salad bar, great coffee from Matthew Algie of Glasgow compliments the food all served in bio degradable disposables in your typical sandwich shop manner.
The Food shop is also a constantly evolving deli, stocking a thoughtfully selected range of local and continental cheeses, olives, antipasti, cured meats and a few of the more unusual store cupboard staples. Alongside the salad bar you will also find our own pates, terrines, salt beef, rillettes and roasted vegetables.
We sell a hell of a lot of soup both at the food shop and the canteen (sometimes up to 6 different types a day),it is one of our passions,and thanks to our lovely,loyal customers it is a passion we can indulge in.Given the fluctuating price of food and seasonality we can't price these exactly but please check below for a typical selection of soups available on a daily basis
